We have tried to take this problem away from you , by giving you the option to exchange your bike for another , as long as the bike is in a clean and saleble condition, So if your not satisfied with your choice ,bring it back to our store in Shenfield Essex for an exchange . The bike you exchange it for must be either the same price or higher.
